Yeah, I've had a few light wind West days there in June a few years ago. It's the Gorge funneling effect with the pressure diff. Westerlies funnel and get stronger as you head East and Easterlies get stronger as you go West so typically that's how the wind sets up. Usually if Rooster's blowing from the West it's better if you go further East to Stevenson, HR, etc.
