ST. PETERSBURG - Crossing over the Skyway Bridge, you can't miss the colorful kiteboarders speeding across the water. Fans say there's nothing more exhilarating, but you can't throw caution to the wind - there's always the slight risk of getting tangled in the lines, or blown out of control.
