Clearwater teen hurt in kitesurfing fall (Florida Today) |
TAMPA ? A 16-year-old boy is in serious condition after falling 20 to 30 feet while kitesurfing on Florida's Gulf Coast. Police say a gust of wind pulled Christopher Bryan Kenny from the water and into power lines. The Clearwater boy was conscious but disoriented after Saturday's fall. He is being treated at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.
