I have 5 kites from 5 different brands. Just bought what was cheap and available, and all but 1 used. I like all of them except the 17m 2005 4-line C kite (lesson learned there) and it just takes a minute to remember how each flies. After that, I usually end up thinking the kite I just flew is my favorite. At the same time, it's not like I'm switching between bow kites and C kites every other day, that might be a little more difficult to get accustomed to.
That's awful, sorry to hear it. The mighty Colombia seems like it has an appetite for decks lately.
