if you're looking for that 3 meter trainer, I still have a brand new HQ Beamer TSR 3.6 meter. I bought two thinking my wife was going to do the kiting thing, but interest fizzled out quick...? anyway, it's still in my garage factory folded - complete bag, bar, lines, canopy, and dvd/manual. Brand new is $300 + shipping. I'm asking $270 and I'm in PDX. By the way, this is the route I took before lessons and I did pick up the lessons a lot faster with my trainer experience. The T3s are nice. They are overall better behaved then the T2s IMO but I think they turn the same speed or a tad slower. Bar pressure is much nicer (you'll notice it after you ride it a while, but its a big difference), below the bar safety is nice and it works! (kite will float down and you can recover the bar and keep going...no tangles). I upgraded from the T2s to the T3s because of the bar, safety and shorter bridles. But there are still some things I like better about the T2s.

For me, the REVs just had too narrow of a wind range. I'm not sure why. There are plenty of SLEs out there that go a bit wider (ozone, eclipse). But I didn't spend a lot of time on REVs either, so maybe the wind charts are lying. I'm waiting to see what the REV2 brings to the table. Smile
