It is without a doubt very important to have a data base of things and ideas that sustain everyone through injuries. I'm feeling better and the weight lifting really helps. I have been streching and hitting the hot tub at the club daily. I'm making sure to warm up before each sesh by just jogging a bit and doing some basic streching. Kiting does put stress on your back if you jump, and loop and twist. It was rainy but then the sky opened up and some really good wind for the td II 14 amped up and let 3 of us have a taste of some shweet riden for sure. I hate to say it but I love the gorge. Who else loves the gorge!!! We are so lucky to have such an incredible place with wind, micro brew, and cool people, and great forums. I'm so happy I could just dance but my toe is still bugging me.
